For what it costs, the place is only just adequate. At reception, there was no greeting or warm smile, and the staff member seemed unsure of the job. He gave me the wrong key, so I had to go back downstairs to get the right one. I also smelled cigarette smoke in the room. I’m very sensitive to it, and it triggered my sinuses.

Riva is clean and not too expensive, and the management is very good. Whenever I call or need something, they respond quickly and treat us with great hospitality. Ask for Hamada if you go. He’s a very welcoming, nice young manager, and we had a good chat.

One of the best rental apartments I’ve stayed in. It was very clean and worth what I paid.

The hotel is good overall, though room cleaning on the fourth was not done properly. Still, it wasn’t a bad stay.

The prices are very good, and the apartments are decent. A good option for staying a couple of days.
