Riyadh Inn Hotel

Mamun gave me great customer service and kept communication excellent. He went above and beyond to help during my stay, and sets a strong example for the team. Rokaya at reception also provided excellent service and supported me a lot.

My stay at judian was really pleasant. The room was neat, clean, and well maintained, and the housekeeping team took great care of me. The staff were cooperative and professional, always checking that everything was right. Highly recommended.

The location worked well for what I needed. The breakfast was so-so, and most of the staff weren’t very friendly or enthusiastic, though there was one exception. The rooms feel old despite the new furniture, and my room didn’t have a proper window. Very average.

The room I eventually got came only after three hours of arguing, even though the hotel seemed half empty. I had to contact Booking.com to ask for a change or refund. Before that, the receptionist wouldn’t listen or help, saying only, “Sorry, this is the only room available.” The Deluxe Room I booked for around 600 riyals had a connecting door to another room, which worried me for safety. The staff weren’t friendly, and when we asked for things, they said they didn’t have them, even basic items like an iron or hangers. Very poor service for the price. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.
