Mr. Abu Yazan at reception treated us excellently during our stay, and his service was exceptionally good. He responded quickly to work-related requests, and his area was clean and organized. He deserves our thanks and appreciation. Best regards.

We book before arriving and haven’t stayed anywhere else all year. The staff treat guests so well, truly top-notch, and the cleanliness is superb. It’s the best hotel for how its staff treat people.
