For a 3-star place, the room door should at least work. Ours jammed completely, creating a safety concern, and trying to force it open damaged the wall by the frame. The poor maintenance made the stay really frustrating. I wouldn't recommend staying until they sort these issues out.
The rooms look modern, but the service let the stay down. The receptionist was especially unhelpful: when I asked for assistance and didn't leave right away, he just walked off without helping. I can't recommend this hotel.
The staff were friendly, which was a plus. But the internet was terrible, bed sheets were rarely changed, and room service was only available if you asked for it.
I ended up there by mistake, and I won't be going back. The staff need training on how to treat guests.
The only thing I can praise is how kind the receptionists were. There was no water, tea or coffee, or face towel, the refrigerator didn't work, and housekeeping wasn't available even when I asked.
