I spent a week here and had great service. For food, La Piazza has great Italian dishes, with excellent service from Sohel and Tajul. If you use the GYM, ask Amir for help with whatever you need.

The Sheraton is right in the heart of Riyadh, which made getting to attractions, company offices, and conferences at other hotels easy. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff provided excellent service, and breakfast was a delicious start to the day. A great fit for tourists and business travelers, and I highly recommend it.

After another hotel fell through, I found the quiet night I needed here. The room was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. Yahya at reception took great care of me. I’d recommend it for a peaceful break or a business stay.

My boss, our guest, and I have stayed at your hotel many times because I know it’s excellent in every way. But the security service at the exit was unprofessional. At 9:15 am on 26/08/2025, there was bad behavior and bad language. Please resolve this as soon as possible, since this doesn’t give your hotel a good reputation. Thank you.
