Be careful when using booking.com and keep checking the price. Less than an hour after I reserved my room, it dropped by 60 SAR. This has happened to me twice.

The location is good, but finding cockroaches on the bed while I was asleep during the day was extremely disappointing.

I booked two days ahead, but when I arrived the reception staff bluntly told me there was no room available. This happened during Ramadan, when hospitality and care matter especially, and nobody had contacted me beforehand or tried to help. The mismanagement and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a reliable, respectful stay.

Good price and a very convenient location, close to entertainment spots and events. The rooms were clean, though the furniture was old, and the beds were good. The staff were very kind, especially abu ahmed. Highly recommended.

The apartment was big, but it smelled of cigarettes and had no room amenities. The bed wasn’t comfortable, and we found a cockroach in our food in the fridge. With children staying there, we weren’t happy with the hygiene.
