Jason was especially kind, and the room service burger was amazing. The Ramadan Iftar buffet was a highlight too, with different dishes and a fresh feel each day. The Iftar was very well done, and the staff made us feel welcome. The rooms look beautiful, though I noticed some dust and think cleanliness could be a little better. We also tried the midnight BBQ buffet. The food was good, but the selection felt a bit small for what we paid.

The room had a chemical smell after cleaning, and I couldn't stay in it. The parking area is very cramped, with a risk of damaging your car as you drive in or out. Service was very poor and the standards were bad. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. I wouldn't even rate it one star.

I couldn't work one day because the hotel internet stopped working, and housekeeping didn't clean the room each day. The breakfast choices were limited and the food quality wasn't good. The reception was slow to respond. Noise was a constant problem: construction next door continued until midnight and started again at 6:00am, so I couldn't sleep through the night and woke early. At 6:30am one day, the fire alarm went off for an unknown reason and kept buzzing. It made everyone feel awful, and the noise badly hurt my ear. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

The room itself was perfect, but my check-in at 2am wasn't honored. I got there from Dubai between 8am-9am and no room was available, so I had to go around looking for another hotel. The bed sheet was also kind of itchy.

The reception team were friendly and quick to help, and service was excellent. My room was clean and had everything I needed. Just note that the parking lane is a little narrow.
