The hotel is clean, and the housekeeping and reception teams are the only good things I can say about it. It’s expensive for what you get, and the value for money is zero. The gym feels like it’s from the 1950s, and none of the machines work or are even plugged in. The entrance looks like the entrance to someone’s building. There’s no sunlight in the rooms because they have no windows, so it feels like being in a box. The AC is very noisy. The hotel card also stops working every three hours. Stay away from this hotel.

The reception ladies were the best part of my stay, especially Luluh. She was so welcoming and handled problems as if they disappeared. That’s why I extended my stay by another two weeks. Thank you 🙏🏻🌹 The hotel is in a good location. It’s old, but the room was luxurious, clean, and quiet. There’s a gym, a massage place open from 3 to 1 am, and underground parking. It’s close to plenty of good places, especially the walk in central riyadh around the ministry of Hiusing.

I spent four nights here and was very satisfied. The staff were respectful and helpful, with especially kind and nice women at the reception. My room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. As an architect, though, I think the décor could use some renovation. The furniture and false ceilings need attention, and updating them would give the rooms a more modern, refined feel. The bathrooms could use retouches too. The wastewater evacuation system is a bit annoying, and the human scale of the space needs to be reconsidered. It was a very good stay. Thank you.

My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and the whole stay felt relaxing and enjoyable. The team stayed thoughtful and professional throughout. At check-in, Lulúah made me feel genuinely welcome, and the reception staff were kind and attentive, making arrival smooth and pleasant. Maher
