The St. Regis Riyadh

The service at Jakie restaurant and the lobby lounge stood out most for us. Marina was so pleasant and kind while serving our afternoon tea. The breakfast barista clearly knows coffee inside out, and the gentleman with the sabre made the champagne-opening tradition interesting to hear about. Ms.Soltan was another standout, a real professional who delivered excellent service. At St. Regis, a high service level is expected, and all of these things should be standard. Still, people like Soltan make the stay feel especially welcoming. The butlers are convenient too, responding quickly and sorting out any issue. Reception were polite professionals, always ready to help, and from the porter's smile at check-in onward, everything was fast and well organized. HSKP is meticulous: not a speck of dust in our room or the public areas. Well done to everyone. We can't wait to return.

For three weeks we stayed at the St. Regis Hotel in Riyadh and ate all three daily meals at the Jackie Restaurant. The wait staff were outstanding every time, and the service never slipped. Soltan, the manager, leads with real warmth, kindness, and respect, and that sets the tone. Pebri, Millicent, Nadege, and Grace-Ange welcomed my husband, me, and our whole Haney Boxing Team with constant smiles and positive energy. Their service was flawless. Housekeeping and the rest of the hotel team also took wonderful care of us each day. They were thoughtful and professional, and their attention to detail made the long stay feel easy and luxurious. This kind of hospitality is rare. The St. Regis Riyadh and Jackie Restaurant team made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

We had iftar in the sohail tent today, and it was worth every SAR. The food was good, and Mariam Almutairy was a lovely, professional host. Her big smile made everything feel smooth and delightful. I'll definitely come back with friends.

I'm a regular at the St Regis Lobby, and the staff have always treated me with respect and professionalism. Mercy deserves special mention: she is kind, polite, charming, and always smiling. She looks after my guests and me as quickly as possible. Her people skills and professionalism in hotel and gastronomy service and management are excellent.
