The chalets are excellent, and the prices are quite reasonable. It's a handy location if you live in the west and don't want to travel all the way north. For a small gathering, this place is perfect. The issue is capacity. You're limited to 15 people, even though a chalet could easily hold twice that number. If they changed the policy, they'd get a lot more business. The chalets up north don't seem to know what a maximum capacity is, so this isn't a good choice for a big group.

It's a very relaxing place, and the service was great. The air conditioner wasn't cooling properly and needs maintenance, but I'd still definitely come back. The bigger concern is the flooring in both the room and sitting area. Those tiles get extremely slippery, especially if you come in from the pool without drying off fully. That's a safety issue and doesn't suit a chalet.

Bad experience. The guy at the entrance was really rude and acted like he owned the resort. He told me I couldn't come in because the villa I'd paid for was supposedly packed, but only two of my friends were inside. He needs to check the information before speaking and treat guests with a better attitude.

It was a great place apart from a few issues. The pool water was cold, and there were lots of ants. We couldn't stay all night, especially since my sister and niece are allergic to ants. Noise from the neighboring villa was another problem, though reception tried their best to sort it out.

The directions on the road weren't very clear, so we had to call and ask for more details about where the place was.
