The apartment was roomy and comfortable, and everything was clean. The VIP room also had a rooftop terrace and seating areas, but the whole place felt extremely old. The sofas, tables, and outdoor seating were in poor shape, and even the TV signal kept cutting out. It needs a complete renovation. With that, it could be the best apartment in all of Riyadh, including for its location.

The price is high for the service, cleanliness, and comfort offered. The place was unclean, and there was a bad smell in both the rooms and hallways.

Honestly, the apartment was very bad. The furniture and blankets were in poor condition and very old, and need replacing.
