Thwary Hotels Suites 3

The breakfast was an open buffet and simply amazing, with coffee and tea included for free. Room service was excellent too, and the crew took good care to make us comfortable. Service was satisfactory at every level.

A simple, comfortable place. The staff I've met so far have been nice, and breakfast is simple and pleasant for the price. The breakfast service team was especially kind to me today. Brother Kokone was polite and well mannered. If anyone from the hotel reads this, please thank Kokone and his friend. I'm still staying here, so I'll come back and add another review later.

At the hotel reception, Eng. Abdulrahman and Etab were friendly and helpful, and gave great service. They made my stay really enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The smell was unbelievably awful. We rented three apartments, and two of us developed a chest infection and an asthma flare-up, which we believe was due to the air freshener used there. After my clothes came back from the laundry, one of the employees took a garment from a well-known brand. CCTV showed it being carried by one of the generator staff to a different floor. It never came back, and the hotel administration refuses to compensate me for the lost clothes.
