10/10
The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony was really spacious with a clear view. I also loved the interior architecture, and the staff made the hotel feel very welcoming. It was a bit far from most of the places we visited, and Uber drivers may have trouble spotting the entrance since there’s no sign outside saying it’s a hotel 😅 Still, we had a lovely stay.

The staff were attentive, welcoming, and professional, which added to the experience. Breakfast was a real treat, with fresh, flavorful food and lovely presentation. You could tell care had gone into the ingredients and all the little details.

I’d happily return to Tilal Riyadh. My room was spotless, comfortable, and clearly well looked after. Mohammad Rabby from housekeeping was especially friendly and professional, and his attention to detail made a real difference. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed the service during my check-in, and it was lovely meeting Melody, who was assigned to the pool area.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the food was good. The staff were so accommodating and welcomed guests like family, which made the place feel like home. Melody in the spa area was especially friendly, always smiling as she welcomed people.
