The rooms are clear and classy, and the staff are helpful, but the hotel is far from everything. You can hear everything happening in the outside corridor because the room isn’t designed to be quiet. The biggest problem, though, was management, one of the worst I’ve dealt with. We had an official agreement with the hotel for 15 months, but after confirming the reservation for a whole team, they cancelled it 48 hours before the team arrived. I tried to contact management four times and accepted their new terms twice. They still refused to continue the deal without giving any reason, then asked everyone to leave the hotel the next morning.

The apartments are a good size and the beds are good, but the sofas and chairs are made of very poor materials. The place used to be good, even excellent, in previous years; now I see a lot of complaints and problems with cleaning and maintenance. I don’t think the nightly price is fair given the poor furniture quality and service. I also think the cleaning workers aren’t trained well enough to clean properly or handle all the services expected in a hotel apartment.
