I stayed with my family and enjoyed it. The one bed Appartment room I booked was big. My only issue was the Indian receptionist on the evening shift. He wasn't accommodating and flatly refused small requests, even an extra pillow.

The price is fair and good value, with local shops and cafes close by. Staff seemed well intentioned, and the plumbing worked well, but this is accurately described as unserviced suites. My room got very cold at night and needed basic maintenance. Some safety mats in the bathroom would help.

It's close to the airport, which makes it handy for a short stay, though downtown is a bit far. The location is decent. Rooms were clean and good, but the windows need better sound insulation. Reception and staff were always on standby, quick to help, and friendly.

The room was noisy and uncomfortable because the sound insulation wasn't good, and it wasn't clean enough either. I asked to have the sheets changed as soon as I arrived because they clearly hadn't been changed in a long time. I booked through Booking for 4 nights, then extended by one night. Checkout was listed as between 2-4 without saying AM or PM. Even after I explained my situation, the receptionist told me to leave with no cooperation or flexibility. That felt very unprofessional for someone who'd stayed that long. Bad experience, and I wouldn't repeat it.
