Wafa Residence

There are lots of coffee shops here, which makes the area especially nice at night. In Riyadh, it's a good spot to walk around, grab coffee or food, and enjoy yourself.

Olaya Street is lively in the evenings, with people everywhere, coffee shops, boutiques, and street food that had me going back for more. Kingdom Centre and Al Nakheel Mall are close by, and there are souks, shows, and plenty of people-watching too. The area feels busy without being overwhelming. I spent a week at Wafa Residences and found it a comfortable, affordable base. The suites are roomy, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchenette made the place feel more like home. The rooms are modern, and the price felt very fair for a three-star residence in such a vibrant part of town. The staff were warm and accommodating. They helped with a late checkout and suggested nearby shawarma spots. The concierge and maintenance teams were helpful, and things ran smoothly. The gym was usually empty, so I could work out without waiting, with a view of the skyline through the windows. My one disappointment was that the rooms weren't cleaned every day. I tidied up myself, though, and the extra space helped keep things from feeling cluttered. I left feeling recharged and would stay here again on another Riyadh trip. It's a good fit for solo travelers or families looking for comfort and convenience. 🇸🇦✨

Mr. Adham made us feel very welcome and looked after us from arrival through departure. The hotel is well located, with restaurants and cafés nearby, and the prices are reasonable. There’s also a gym inside. The room was a good size and very clean, with careful attention to detail. Cleanliness throughout was excellent.

Mohammad monir is such a cool guy, and a very good person. He has a really gentle manner.
