XYZ Hotel Qurtoba

I’ve been coming here whenever I visit Riyadh for the last three years, and I like this hotel. The owner has done a great job choosing the staff. I keep meeting people I know, along with some new faces, and they’ve all been very nice and hospitable. The rooms are clean and nice, the location is near major streets, and the price is reasonable.

The staff were very respectful, and the location is excellent, but my Junior Suite stay was a mixed experience. The room felt more like an apartment than a hotel room, yet it only had one towel, one coffee stick, one shampoo, and one shower gel. That felt unusual and inconvenient for a suite. At reception, I was told the room might be changed the next day depending on other guests’ extensions. It was unsettling to think I might have to move after being assigned a room, especially since it was a connecting room. In the end, they didn’t move me, but the warning caused unnecessary worry. Better staff training, more thoughtful room preparation, and amenities like multiple towels and toiletries and a choice of pillow sizes could make the experience much better. With those changes, the hotel could reach a higher standard.

I had a very comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. Great hotel, highly recommend!

The rooms are cozy and nice, and the service is perfect. Friendly staff too. This will always be my first choice when I come back to Riyadh.
