The location works well if you want to be close to Riyadh’s tourist spots, and the rooms are clean. But they smelled of smoke, and they should at least spray something to freshen them up. Service was just okay. The phone in the room didn’t work, so I had to go downstairs to raise any concerns. Also, the online room prices looked cheap and said no payment would be held, but the price at the property came as a shock. There aren’t any nearby supermarkets you can walk to, either. Three stars feels fair.

There’s a spa and a hookah lounge in the lobby, and the hotel is right beside the Ministry of Interior Complex. The room was decent, but it could look much better. Wallpaper was peeling, the sink needed a drain cap, the garbage bin wasn’t suitable, and the refrigerator didn’t work. I’d call it an average three-star hotel.

The staff were polite, though not especially friendly. It’s a budget option, with small rooms and fair facilities, but nothing fancy. There’s no breakfast or daily cleaning. I haven’t had anything to complain about so far, and I might try it again next time.

It’s not a bad place, but they should do better with customer service and responding to what guests need.
