The staff were helpful and did the best they could with a few small problems involving keys, electricity, and towels. The two bedroom room had a living room and kitchenette, which was handy. It was an average place and clean enough.
We had a lovely lunch at the Banan lounge, and the food was good and tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the drinks took a while to arrive. I was very disappointed to find that dessert couldn’t be served because no one was available in the kitchen to make it.
I booked the 2 bedroom apartment and found the hotel very clean, with very good service. Muna at reception was very friendly, and Mr. Ibrahim, the hotel Manager, was so sweet that he sent two plates of desserts and moroccan tea to our room as a welcome drinks. One of the best places to stay in Tabuk city.
The atmosphere and view were nice, and the seating was comfortable. I enjoyed the food, especially the meat biryani and BBQ platter, and liked the cocktail juice too. The service would have earned five stars, but they forgot the pastry three times. In the end, I had to ask their manager to bring it. I enjoyed the visit and will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended. I’m sharing the whole menu as well.
A really great place to stay, clean and quiet. The staff amazed me.
