The rooms are spacious, and the hotel offers a lot for a comfortable family stay, including a free gourmet breakfast, entertainment gadgets, and personalized service. The porters and receptionist were kind when we arrived, and the location is convenient for restaurants and other services. The luxury feel made the stay comfortable for me and my family. The basement parking was a real problem, though. The spaces were so tight I struggled to maneuver, and one morning a car was parked in front of mine, so I couldn't get to work.

The hotel is luxurious, clean, and has good service. The man at reception treated me well.

The rooms need attention: the bathrooms could use updating, and there was a strong smell in the room, possibly left over from renovations. I did enjoy the food at the many nearby restaurants, and the hotel staff were especially warm and friendly.

The breakfast was just average, maybe even a bit poor, and could be tastier. Still, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. When we cancelled the third night, they returned the money in cash. It's a very good place to stay, and I'd recommend giving it a try.

Even the smallest option is a master bedroom with a living room and drawing room, so there aren't any single rooms. The furniture was in excellent condition and clearly well maintained, and the prices are very competitive. The place is extremely neat, and the staff are professional and cooperative. For somewhere in Tabuk to stay with family, I'd highly recommend it. The experience comes close to a five-star hotel.
