Durat Al Ruwmansiya 3

The bed was comfortable and the staff were good, but my two-night stay had a few problems. There was no Wi-Fi, and the basic bathroom had no bathtub, so water could spill across the floor and beyond. The hotel is outside the city in an industrial area.

There was parking in front, and I could pay by credit card. The corridors and open areas were very good, and the rooms were big, but the room facilities and services were really poor. They could get better guest responses and charge more if they improved the service and furniture in some rooms and added cutlery. The Wi-Fi was very weak in the rooms. My stay fell short of what I expected from the Booking pictures, although SAR 130 for a one-bedroom apartment is reasonable.

We travelled a long way and found there weren't enough beds. At the 3rd branch, Booking.com had promised at least six, but there were only three, and the sofa beds were just sofas, not proper bed-sized sleeping places for most people. They also wouldn't give us the price shown in the booking. The reception staff weren't welcoming or helpful. Fortunately, we had better service at their first branch.

The two-bedroom apartment worked for our family and had the things we needed, including a gas stove and oven, a fridge and freezer, and a washing machine. It was easy to find, in a decent location, and the staff were friendly. There was just one bathroom, no Wi-Fi, and no electric kettle, but the excellent price made that fine for us.
