8/10
The rooms are clean, and I appreciated the upgrade and the supportive staff. The two Saudi ladies at reception were great, and it’s one of the best options for the money, with a great location. Room service could use improvement. I tried calling the Hotel Manger but got no answer. The basement parking entrance should be closed, and the columns need plastic shields since cars have left lots of scratches there.

The owner was very generous about checkout time, and Teif at reception was really helpful. The night manager, though, was quite rigid. It’s an impressive hotel in Tabuk, conveniently close to the airport and high street.

The place felt new, clean, and comfortable, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Getting to the airport was easy too. Check-in reception was a little unfriendly, though the woman working in the morning was lovely. I'd stay again without any trouble.

The staff were friendly and spoke Arabic and English, and the place is cozy and close to Tabuk Airport. Our room was clean, with the basic facilities and bathroom amenities, though you'll need to bring your own comb. There’s a pool, parking, a gym, and other amenities. Breakfast is included when booking through Booking, and both cash and cards are accepted. You can book online or in person, but call before booking online since they may have a cheaper offer. We managed to get a good price.

I left 5 Seasons after reception gave me misleading information about the room price. When I raised it, the staff member was dismissive and unprofessional. That attitude cost the hotel over $2,000 in business. I expected more transparency and customer service from a place of this caliber. Very disappointing.
