Lilac Park Hotel

Manar and the other staff were friendly, and the location and services were very good. The rooms were clean and furnished, though mine felt crowded with furniture and was smaller than I expected from the booking description. The receptionist had assured me a king room was the same as a superior king room, but I doubt that. It was also missing essentials like a full-length mirror, and the coffee corner was impractically placed up high where it was hard to see.

Elan was attentive, friendly, and professional while serving in the restaurant. Her service made the visit very pleasant.

The bathroom had an unpleasant drain smell, which was a downside. Still, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was excellent. The receptionist was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and I appreciated the staff’s kindness and assistance.

The Presidential Suite was excellent value, a solid 10/10 without sacrificing quality. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, the room spotless, and the staff professional and attentive. It’s rare to find a local hotel maintained this well. The design is good, and parking is easy and convenient. I was allowed to check out well after 3 PM with no hassle, which I really appreciated. There was a small internet issue, but the staff responded quickly and did what they could to fix it. Impressive work all around, please keep these standards up.
