Reem at reception made my family feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a calm atmosphere, well prepared rooms, and everything nicely organized. It worked well for a family stay, and I’d definitely come back. I’d recommend it to families and business travelers too.

The food was excellent, and Chef Amir and the kitchen team deserve thanks for its quality. We also received a warm welcome and courteous service from the reception staff. I’m grateful to General Manager Mr. Fahad for his outstanding management, and to the management team, especially Mr. Qusai, for their care and professionalism. Everyone seemed focused on guest comfort. Great hospitality, and I’d highly recommend Holiday Inn.

Chef Amir took great care of us, especially with our football team, and the food was excellent. Ms. Farhan also gave us great help and support during our stay. The staff were welcoming and supportive, and we had a very pleasant time at the hotel.

The suites were amazing, the grounds lovely, and the food excellent. There are plenty of good local restaurants within easy reach, and I especially liked having a dedicated ladies’ gym and access to the pool. Shereen welcomed us warmly and was so helpful from the moment we arrived. Mr Aziz was just as attentive and kind when we left. The team really does all it can to make your stay perfect. I’m already looking forward to coming back.
