It’s kept fairly clean and tidy, though the price feels a bit steep if you’re only staying a short time.

Nearby apartments cost more, but this one-bedroom unit is 170. Inside, the concrete bed frame, worn-out furniture, old water heater that doesn’t work, and broken air conditioner made it a poor stay. There wasn’t any soap or shampoo either.

I hope the owner checks what’s going on here. The place needs a full renovation, and the work being charged for feels overpriced and pointless. The bathroom plumbing is broken, the lights don’t work, and only one of the two air conditioners runs. The bedding and apartment were dirty, the sofas and building entrance smelled bad, and it felt like being in prison. I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here. Peace be upon you.
