Skyline Hotel

Breakfast was a huge letdown: the food selection and quality were poor, there was no egg station, and the only coffee was bad American coffee. During our trip through Saudi Arabia, even the worst hotel so far managed to serve a decent cappuccino. The rooftop dinner, on the other hand, was very good and the service was attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, with an easy-to-set temperature, a great bed, and a nice bathroom with a good shower. Poor breakfast, very good dinner, and the rest was pretty much perfect.

The whole place has a calm, positive feel, and the food is delicious with plenty of choice. Everything is clean and well organized, the rooms were comfortable from my first night, and service was quick. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Definitely somewhere I’d come back to!

We were left unable to check in, even though we had two confirmed reservations. I arrived with a valid Booking.com confirmation number, and my friend, who booked separately from another city and through another account, also had a reservation that the hotel said was missing. The staff kept saying this was our problem to solve and wouldn’t call their own Booking.com Partner Support line, which every hotel can access. When I asked for evidence that they’d tried to fix it, they said they would send an email but refused to copy us or give us anything in writing then and there. They only promised it for the next day. That felt evasive, unprofessional, and very suspicious. Their dismissive response was unacceptable, and we were stranded without a room despite both bookings being confirmed. We value reliability, honesty, and basic customer service, but got none of those here, despite the hotel displaying a Booking.com rating of 9.2 at reception. Truly disappointing.

The food was so delicious 🔥, and the whole restaurant had a relaxed, easygoing vibe. Service was great, too. Mr. Rashid Ali was especially polite, respectful, and well-mannered, with really classy hospitality ✨.
