The room felt cozy and was nicely decorated, with crisp, well-pressed cotton sheets and excellent cleanliness. Hany was especially kind and attentive, always putting effort into good service, and the receptionist was courteous and efficient. I stay at many hotels for work and leisure, but this one surprised me with its quality. I highly recommend it over other hotels in the Tabuk region. A perfect stay in every way.

The location is ideal and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Sun View Hotel offers good value and first-class service for either a business or leisure trip. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the reception staff welcomed me warmly and took care of my needs from the moment I arrived. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

The rooms are lovely and excellent, but one staff member’s behavior was enough to make me give just one star. His manner was rude, provocative, and completely unprofessional. I have a fragrance allergy and asked for an unscented room. He replied, “All the rooms are scented, and if you don’t like it, find another hotel.” It was insulting and irresponsible. He also tried to make us laugh by saying only one room was left. But when we checked with reception, there were several available, including a second room that was perfectly suitable. It seemed he was lying and manipulating the situation for no reason. His curt, disrespectful attitude made me decide not to book that room. I hope management reviews his conduct, because someone with that mentality can damage the reputation of the whole hotel.

The reception staff treated me very well and provided wonderful service throughout my stay, and I’m grateful to them all. This is a truly special, beautiful hotel with exceptionally high cleanliness standards. Praise be to God!
