The room felt spacious and welcoming, and the in-room facilities and toiletries were well chosen, good quality, and nicely presented. I spent one night at Al-Qasr hotel and was happy with my choice, even though it's rated one star. Its location, service, interior, space, and facilities felt more like what I'd expect from a three or even four star place. They also accommodated my late check-in. The front desk staff were courteous and friendly, and check-in and checkout were easy. I noticed a leak in the restroom sink and told the front desk. They came to look into it right away, then changed my room soon after and seemed very apologetic. I loved my stay and, God willing, I'll visit again for the same or even better service.

The room was excellent, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel's hygiene stood out. Everything was arranged to a high standard. Mr. Abul Hameed at reception was respectful, helpful, professional, and attentive to every detail, making the experience smooth and comfortable. Thank you to him and the hotel team for a pleasant stay.

Spacious, clean, and welcoming at reception, with everything available. A great place to stop, rest, and get ready for Umrah, especially if you're traveling from Qatar or the UAE.
