Mohammed Al-Otaibi was so lovely, polite, and helpful. Honestly, this is a beautiful hotel. 💙💙💙

Happy Eid, and good evening. It's quiet here, with a mosque and amenities nearby, and the receptionists are polite. The wiring for the washing machine is very poor, though, and the electrical outlets need fixing.
