Mr. Ramesh was especially humble and welcoming, and the receptionist was understanding and cooperative. The whole team was polite, well-behaved, and professional, so I was very satisfied with their service. I had a great visit to Al Boudl Hotel, Taif. For future improvements, I'd suggest a rooftop café and more variety at the breakfast buffet.

The staff were fantastic and helpful, and I liked the bed and kitchen. Breakfast was average, with very few options, and the toaster was nearly out of order. The carpets were dirty, while the old-style furniture and decor need replacing soon. The gym was listed on the booking, but it wasn't available.

The prices are affordable, and the stay was very comfortable. Service was excellent, and the restaurant food was good. Mr. Rameesh, the server at the Nepali restaurant, was really friendly and gave excellent service.

Mr. Ramish deserves special thanks for looking after guests at breakfast. He's always there, attentive, and gives high-quality service. The reception and guest service staff were very friendly and generous too.

We had a good stay in a spacious 3 bedroom Royal Suite in a beautiful location. The staff were welcoming, especially Ramish from the restaurant and faisal at reception. There were two washrooms, but the second one was tiny. Still, a good experience 😊
