The staff were good, but nearly everything else was a disappointment. The rooms were awful, with broken furniture, dirty carpets and walls, and cracks in the walls. The fridge didn't work, there was no electric kettle or chair, and the bathroom door scraped the floor and took a lot of force to shut. The hair dryer was broken, and amenities were very limited. In a twin room they provided just one towel. Nothing was as advertised. Breakfast was awful, with very few choices and almost nothing to eat. It was disorganized, and I had to ask staff to bring spoons and glasses because none were set out in the restaurant. Parking was also very limited. This wasn't worth what I paid. I'd rate it one star rather than two, and I won't stay with the Tulip hotels/resorts group anywhere in the world again.

The hotel itself was good, but there was hardly any service. They canceled breakfast without telling the guests, and the bathroom door in our room wouldn't lock properly.

I stayed here when it was built or renovated in 2012. It's still a decent place, and the internet service is excellent, but the maintenance has slipped and the hotel is showing wear.

The bathroom leaked, the fridge was broken and they wouldn't replace it, and the towels were torn. I even got a rash from the bed. The service was bad, and the location is in the middle of ghettos. Just a terrible experience all around.
