Seven Gardens Resorts

The place looked lovely, and everything was very clean.

We paid 500 riyals at 5 PM for a room, living room, and pool, number 104, but there was no pool heater. The rooms were dirty and full of insects, including mosquitoes and ants, which is hard to accept at that price. The children's play equipment was also broken in places, with no staff around to keep kids from getting hurt. My family and I went out for a walk and came back before dawn to find ants all over the room, even on the bed. The receptionist came to see it himself and offered to spray Raid, but I said no because I had children with me. He asked me to wait for the manager until 10 PM, even though checkout was at 1 PM. I had to leave and find somewhere else to stay. That evening, I spoke to the supervisor. He just said, "Sorry, we'll compensate you next time." May God be enough for me, and He is the best disposer of affairs.

There are several buildings here, with apartments and rooms, and a shared garden with outdoor seating. The reception team were polite, attentive, and very helpful. The resort is in Al-Hada, near Taif. Right next door, Boulevard Garden Farm has a few nice cafes and free entry, making it a pleasant place to spend the evening. I hope it keeps growing and improving.

It feels lovely and peaceful here, particularly at night. The sound carries through the rooms, though, so light sleepers may have a hard time.
