We stayed two nights and asked for soap, but they never brought any. The rooms themselves are spacious, clean, and very nice, and the staff were cooperative. The elevator is quite noisy, which can interrupt your nap if your room is close to it, like 201,301,401 etc…. They should improve the amenities service. I didn't use the WiFi, so I can't comment on it.
Since this wonderful place opened, I haven't found another hotel that suits me as well in many ways. Its location is distinctive, in Taif, Al-Huda, Al-Shafa area, and booking or changing rooms is easy. The hospitality has been wonderful, and the receptionists are very cooperative. I wish them continued success.
The place is a bit out of the way. My room was very clean, but the kettle cable for hot drinks is so short that boiling water is a little tricky. Sound insulation should be better too, since from room 401 I could hear the lift operating.
The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the essential equipment, and I had two balconies. There are good restaurants nearby, and the staff speak good English. The WiFi wasn't great, and low water pressure caused problems with the toilet flush. Still, highly recommend!
The rooms are big, with very comfortable beds, and the place is nice and clean. The location is good, too. The bathrooms smelled fresh, and the receptionist was polite. They have a beautiful lounge where you can sit, enjoy yourself, and take photos, plus a massage chair for customers. They welcome you with hot ghawa.
