Villas Lavender

The chalet was in a great spot, close to amenities, and the pool water was clean. But the shower needed maintenance, and the kitchen had no exhaust fan. The fridge was small, and chalet number 4 had no children's swings, though some of the other chalets did. It also needed a proper wash with soap, water, and Dettol between guests instead of just a wipe. I booked through a Bangladeshi worker and paid him a 500 riyal deposit.

I stay here every year, and it used to be excellent, but it's a far cry from that now. Chalet number 2 had several problems: none of the heaters worked, some light bulbs were burnt out, and the living room air conditioner was weak.

The reception staff were so helpful and attentive, and I really want to thank them for how efficiently they handled everything we needed. The place felt safe, and there's indoor parking and a playground for children. It was clean from the moment we walked in, well organized, and spacious enough for a family. All the services are available, and the location is fantastic. We were very comfortable here, and I'll definitely come back, God willing. I highly recommend it. 🤍

The building feels neglected and the furniture is old. On top of that, the price is very high. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience.
