A special thank you to Ms. Aya for her warmth, professionalism, and care with every detail. Her gracious manner and dedication to our comfort left a lasting impression. I’m also grateful to the teams at Shura Island, the airport, and the hotel for their kindness and outstanding professionalism throughout. From arriving at Shura Island to departure, everything was handled smoothly and with genuine care. The organization, service, and attention to detail made the stay exceed expectations. InterContinental The Red Sea Resort brings luxury and hospitality together in a way that feels beyond imagination. It was a world-class experience and a glimpse of the exciting future of Saudi tourism.

The sea was our favorite part, along with the spa, sauna, restaurants, kids club, and pools. The staff were amazingly generous, and Majed and the whole team deserve thanks for all the little details and for making my four-year-old daughter so happy. She was already asking to stay 10 nights next time. Our two-bedroom beachfront villa was fantastic, and the cleaning and turndown staff took wonderful care of it. We loved the beachside mocktails, too, made with such a cheerful touch. The island villas reminded me of the Maldives, but swimming in the lagoons felt much safer, with gentle currents. The air was less humid as well, which is a big draw for us coming from Europe in search of winter sun. We had a delightful three days at this amazing hotel in its early days, and I already can't wait to return. The trip from arriving at Red Sea International through the island stay felt seamless. The only thing we had to think about was which color car to choose! 💙🩷 We came during Ramadan, and everything was open as usual, which helped make our last-minute decision to visit.

The resort works really well for families, with a safe, welcoming atmosphere, facilities for families, and activities for children and parents alike. It felt like a peaceful, luxurious place to relax, surrounded by beautiful nature. I spent four lovely nights here for Eid Al Adha. Everyone I met was caring and professional, and the service made the celebration even more memorable. A special thank you to Joud Alamri, Yousef Baghdadi, Ahlam Aljohani, Raneem Aljohani, Abdullah Aljohani and Aya Tarek for their kindness, support, and attention to detail throughout my stay. I'd recommend it to families and anyone looking for a quiet, luxurious getaway. I hope to return soon. Coming from Riyadh, my wife and I were both afraid of the water and couldn't swim. Salem patiently encouraged us to try the Seabob, and his calm, professional reassurance helped us get past that fear. It turned into one of the most thrilling and enjoyable things we've done in the Red Sea. Huge thanks to Mr. Salem and Keegan for taking such good care of us last night. Dinner at Dareen Moroccan Restaurant was unique and exquisite, too. Together, it made our stay at the InterContinental a magical, unforgettable part of the trip. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Salem and Kevin, for making this milestone so special. We highly recommend the resort.
