Ibrahim met us at the airport, helped us get around town for our business visit and restaurant stops, then drove us back to the airport. He was really helpful, and the room was spacious, clean and nice. The hotel was better than I expected.

6/10
The rooms were clean and roomy, and the employees were nice and supportive. Breakfast was only medium quality. It’s a nice hotel in Wadi Aldwasser city, but it’s a two-star place, so don’t expect too much.

I liked the Boudl toiletries, especially the hand wash, shampoo and shower gel in refillable bottles. They’re more convenient than the cheap individual alternatives. The rooms were spacious, neat and clean, with a quiet AC and clean washroom, and the receptionist was really helpful. The NFC door locks are easier to use than magnetic ones. The room could feel brighter if they replaced the old yellow LEDs with white, brighter lights.

Shurhog at the front desk was kind and helpful, and gave me good recommendations for dinner and shopping. The atmosphere and staff were very warm and welcoming. Every room I stayed in was incredibly clean, comfortable and lovely. I’d recommend this hotel and stay again.

The room was clean and neat, and the welcome was great. The girl at reception on 9 June 2024 was very friendly and hospitable. As usual, my experience was 10/10. Please give her a big thank you.
