We’ve stayed here twice and paid the same price each time. The second two-bedroom apartment was much larger, with two bathrooms and extra bowls and cups in the kitchenette. The first had one bathroom; it was clean and well kept, and they brought extra mattresses for our family of seven. Both apartments were clean and had washing machines, free bathroom toiletries, and tea and coffee in the kitchen. The first had no utensils, and we had to ask for towels. The standard is high for the price, and the location is perfect, close to the beach and play areas. Restaurants are all along the same street.

We paid SAR 100 for a room with an attached bathroom for two people. For that price, I’d recommend it. The property is old but renovated, and the rooms and furniture are new, clean, and good quality. The beds were comfortable and smelled fresh, though the pillow was so high that it was hard to find a comfortable sleeping position. The room had a slight smell at first, which cleared after we opened the window. The kettle looked rusty inside and wasn’t clean. There was a small fridge but no microwave, which is usual for hotels in Saudi. The split AC worked well. There’s a restaurant next door, but we didn’t eat there because it was Ramadan and we were only staying briefly.
