Holiday Inn Yanbu by IHG

I loved the hotel and had an amazing experience, though I hope some things can be addressed on a future visit. The room was spacious, tidy, clean, and comfortable, and the restaurant served delicious food. The staff and reception were kind, friendly, and attentive to children. They offered gifts, free popcorn, and discounts on kids’ meals. There’s a pool, gym, jacuzzi, and sauna, although the last two weren’t working during my visits. Parking is plentiful, with a prayer room, mosque, and restaurants nearby. The pool has no changing rooms or shower area, and it’s uncovered, so the water gets very cold in winter. A warm pool for children would help them enjoy their stay. The kids’ play area is small and limited, and there’s no indoor space for children or activities. There also didn’t seem to be entertainment, or the staff didn’t tell us about any. The price feels high for what you get.

The property is very well cared for, and the staff are polite and willing to help. Special thanks to Mr. Siddiqui from the Jasmine restaurant and Elyas from HSK for the heartfelt service. I visited recently and had a wonderful time.

The hotel is clean and well maintained, though a little far from the city center. The food is the standout for me. From 6 PM to 11 PM there’s a wide choice of dishes, with buffet selections and special orders. I especially liked the Monday menus featuring Egyptian regional dishes and the Wednesday seafood.

Samar made my visit especially memorable with her warm hospitality and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make everything feel smooth and welcoming. I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Yanbu and had an incredible experience, and I want to thank her personally.
