Ibis Yanbu Saudi Arabia

Kharyah at the reception made my stay at Hotel Ibis much better. She welcomed me with a smile, made check-in easy, and stayed patient and clear when answering my questions. She also gave me useful recommendations and checked that I had what I needed. Her friendly, professional service really stood out. Thanks, Kharyah. Highly recommended!

I spent about a month at ibis and was very happy with the stay. Chef Ali prepared meals that were both enjoyable and high quality. The waiters Haider, Wheeled Abdul Rakib, Qaid and Muhammad Ali also gave outstanding service. Staff were professional and courteous throughout, and communication was consistently clear and effective. The place felt welcoming and the hospitality was at a high standard.

I chose ibis hotel after doing some research, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with good facilities. The hotel also felt safe, and I liked the friendly, accommodating staff and the room service. Last month I visited and was impressed by the luxurious accommodation and how the staff treated me. I also appreciated the eco-friendly efforts, including recycling and energy-saving measures that didn't take away from comfort. The cultural experience left us with good memories and stories, and I've recommended ibis hotel to others. Special thanks to Md.juwel islam and 💔, thank you MD.Amdadul khan.

Dear Khairiya, thanks for stepping in so promptly during check-in, especially with the heavy rain. I appreciated your support, your responses, and the overall experience, from the food quality to the cleanliness. Your kind personality is a real asset in hospitality. Thank you for your timely help.
