I was there for two days, and the receptionist's rudeness and lack of help really brought down my stay. Management should work on staff behavior.

Affordable stay, clean and very nice rooms, plus a very good parking area.

The price was good and the beds were comfortable, but several things fell short. The shower had very little pressure, parts of the bathroom were rusty, and the WiFi was extremely slow. One of the towels we got after asking for them was completely torn, which isn't okay for a hotel. The reception staff weren't as friendly as I've found at other hotels, and there were annoying little flies in the room. We think Yanbu has better hotels at the same price.

We arrived at 7 pm, even though check-in was at 4 pm, and asked to leave late the following day. The receptionist told us the latest checkout would be 3:30 pm, and we agreed. We went diving the next day and returned at 2:55 pm, but Mr. Ziad, who I think is the owner, made us leave as if we had been staying for free. He wanted us to pay for another night to stay even one minute past 2:00 pm. I've stayed at many places in Yanbu and had nice experiences where people understood hospitality. This place clearly didn't. The bathroom wasn't clean, with mold visible all around, especially by the shower tray. The location was also poor, far from everything. It was one of our worst stays in Yanbu.
