New Al Reem Hotel

Prasant, the bell attendant, made a real difference during my stay. He was very helpful, handled my luggage efficiently, and made sure I had what I needed. I really appreciated his positive attitude and excellent service.

The deluxe room was wonderful and had a great view, though I wasn’t as impressed by the regular rooms. The rooms and suites are nicely furnished, and the hotel is reasonably clean with good hygiene standards. Still, the passages have an unpleasant smell, and the sofas and kitchen furniture are a bit old despite the excellent view and location. Service quality is poor: the cleaner vacuumed the passage at 10 at night and wasn’t apologetic when I objected. It’s quite noisy too. There’s parking in front of the hotel and in the adjacent empty ground. It’s a good hotel, but maintenance is poor.

I enjoyed my stay here during Hajj vacation. The hotel was very clean, with up-to-date serving features, and close enough to the sea. There’s a cafe and relaxing seating in the lobby. I haven’t tried the royal sweet yet, but I will next time for sure.

The suite was especially nice, with convertible sofas, and the price was good. The children’s play hall needs maintenance since a lot of the stuff looks damaged. Overall, a nice stay.
