The service man was really, really nice, and the food was the best. If you eat there, try the Red Snapper. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the hotel is perfectly placed for getting by bike to all the good spots.

Apever got in touch before we arrived and arranged a ride from the jetty, then set up a fabulous dinner in the hotel’s lovely garden. The welcome and customer service were perfect. Our room was cosy, spacious, and very clean, with everything provided and taken care of. Jamal was there whenever we needed something, and we also met the owner, who told us about the hotel and plants in the garden. We had a wonderful time, and it was definitely the highlight of our stay. They rent bicycles and provide beach towels. Breakfast and dinner were great, and there’s a small supermarket just around the corner. The hotel is a short bike ride from the entrance to Anse Source d‘Argent. Thank you so much to the whole team of Etoile Labrine!
We had a pleasant 3-night stay at Etoile Labrine. The accommodation was clean and convenient, with a nice yard and very good breakfast. The hosts and staff brought such good energy. Thank you, Apever and Jamal, for a lovely stay on La Digue Island in Seychelles.
The rooms were clean, practical, and just right, with good bathrooms. There’s no TV, which I only noticed on the third day and didn’t need anyway. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Dinner costs 400 SCR, so it isn’t cheap, but it’s well worth trying at least once. They brought us bikes on the first day and took us to and from the jetty. Everything was so well organized, and the owner is friendly and very competent. You’d probably do her a favour by booking directly through her. Our best stay on the Seychelles.
We spent 7 nights here in October and had a perfect stay from beginning to end. Joanna and Jamal are wonderful hosts, sorting out whatever guests need, from bicycles to booking a guide. The food was the best part for us. Breakfast came with a fresh fruit platter every morning, and dinner was just perfect, with fresh fish, seafood, or chicken and great currys. Joanna asks each guest what they prefer, and even the kids loved her cooking. We really enjoyed this beautiful little hotel and definitely recommend it.
