I really felt my soul unwind here. Velma at reception and Juliana were warm and open with us when we arrived, and staff were available around the clock for anything we needed. The hilltop view across Beau Vallon, the ocean and the other islands is stunning. The grounds are thick with green trees, vines and plants, and the rooms feel tucked into a tropical paradise. It's cozy inside, even if it's not the most modern hotel, and I missed the place as soon as we left. No other hotel matches that view.

Getting here means tackling a very steep road, so you'll need a car and some steady nerves. Once there, it's calm, clean and affordable, with a nice view and garden. It has everything you need. Juliane and the other staff were friendly and very helpful. We stayed four nights.

We rented a car and had a great time exploring Victoria and the rest of Seychelles. The guest house is also easy to reach, with the supermarket and beach nearby. It's a peaceful place with a relaxed island feel, just what I needed to rest. The service was amazing and I really loved staying at Lemongrass Guest House. Ten stars, highly recommend!

I felt safe and really enjoyed staying here on my own. Thanks for a lovely time at Lemongrass Lodge. The road up is a bit tricky, so keep that in mind if you're renting a car.

The only thing I'd pick at is the location: there's a 600-meter uphill trek from the road. Otherwise, we loved our stay at Lemongrass lodge. The villas are spacious and luxurious, and Ms. Juliana, the manager, was such a kind, polite lady. I hope I have her name right.
