Hotel Plein Soleil

I was there one night with my partner, and checkout left me shocked. Ordinary room use, like stained linen or spills, was treated as misconduct. Instead of handling it professionally with charges, staff told me not to come back. Even more concerning, reception openly shared other guests' private information with me. That's a serious breach of confidentiality. This hotel needs to take guest privacy and professionalism seriously instead of issuing warnings.

There are restaurants, shops, casinos, and a money changer within walking distance, and I'd recommend the place and book again. The room itself is simple and clean, with a lovely shower. Some things need maintenance: the toilet seat and both the basin and shower taps were wobbly. There was a fridge and kettle, but no tea or coffee in the room.

The breakfast choices were poor, and the service was unpleasant. The woman serving breakfast, who also worked at reception, seemed irritated by guests. I didn't enjoy asking her anything because she made every question feel like a big problem.

Everything felt new and clean, and the bed was really comfortable, so we got a proper rest. The little garden pool was a lovely spot to spend the afternoons. We met the owner, who was very pleasant and friendly, like the rest of the staff.
