The location couldn't be better, and the breakfast is small but covers the basics. Our host was considerate, kind, and took time to listen and help. The room was cozy, though the wall art felt a bit tacky and out of step with the cozy city outside, like the picture of builders eating lunch on a skyscraper beam in 1930s New York and the pillow with an American flag. That's my biggest criticism, though, so it's a good hotel.

The staff were friendly and really tried to sort things out when the radiator broke in the first room, so I moved to another one. The rooms I saw were clean and fresh, and the furniture was a bit clunky but worked fine. The bed was just okay, though the duvets were comfortable. Breakfast was simple and fresh, and did the job of filling me up. It's a small, personal, charming hotel with a view over the square. The rooms are up three flights of stairs, and there's no elevator.

The beds are comfortable, and the place is picturesque, central, and away from much traffic noise. The rooms are up three flights of stairs with no elevator, and the place feels more like a good hostel. A big plus is that breakfast is served personally at the time you choose.

It's an old house but charming, right in the middle of town, and it was well cleaned. The owner was nice and clearly cared that guests had a good stay. There are three flights of stairs and no elevator, but it's fine if you don't have trouble walking. Good service, and I can highly recommend it.
