The food really stood out: dinner at the buffet was excellent, the ox filet was cooked just right, and breakfast had enough choice for even picky eaters. Our room was modern, spotless, and nicely decorated, with a fantastic bathroom and a stunning view. The staff were always smiling, polite, and helpful, and really went out of their way. We booked an accommodation package and were thrilled with everything. I’d give the hotel 5+ across the board and highly recommend it!

There’s plenty of room, and everything was clean and well maintained. The rooms feel a little dated, though that didn’t bother me much in a setting like this, where you’re not meant to spend your time indoors. The amenities and staff were great. When we visited, the food was below par and expensive.

The lunch buffet was very nice, and the cabins are cozy in a lovely setting. It took a while to get the temperature right, and the hot water ran out quickly, which seemed odd for cabins that sleep four.

The staff were the best part for me. Everyone was kind and ready to help with anything, any time. We had a blast renting mountain bikes, though every bike we got needed repairs, which is my only complaint about the resort. The buffet was consistently delicious and refreshing, and the secluded location is beautiful. Everything else was perfect.

The sound of the water is amazing here. We had a comfortable room with a lovely view toward the lake, right by the beautiful waterfalls. A great place to stay.
