We had a really comfortable stay at Tott Hotel Åre, and would happily choose it again. The apartment was clean and tidy, with a comfortable temperature, high ceilings, plenty of space, and a fantastic view. It was larger than we'd expected. The walk to the ski slopes took about 10 minutes. It's flat and easy, and Aimo parking right outside was convenient. We paid 260 SEK for two full days, which felt very reasonable. The apartment had everything we needed: a microwave, kettle, hot plate, TV, sofa, dining table and chairs, refrigerator, plus two bathrooms with two showers and two toilets. Simple and practical, but comfortable. The unmanned hotel setup worked smoothly. Check-in and using the key through the app were easy, and the staff followed up well by email and SMS. Everything felt organized and stress-free. We'd gladly stay at Tott Hotel Åre again.

The rooms are big and the location is great, but the cleaning in my room was still going on 40 minutes after the 16:00 check-in time. There were small odd details too, like pillows of different sizes and a ski card from a previous guest left behind. Having to take out my own trash added to the budget-hotel feel.

The sauna and restaurant make for a nice way to unwind and eat after a day outdoors. Tott Hotell Åre is a cozy place to stay in the heart of Åre, with comfortable rooms and beautiful mountain views. With ski slopes and hiking trails nearby, it's handy for getting out and about.

The view is breathtaking, and being able to ski in and out is a big plus. Tott isn't a “Tott hotel” anymore, but rooms are still easy to book through Guestit. Some apartments have been renovated recently and feel fresh and comfortable. A great fit if you're after a modern, cozy stay in a convenient spot.
