I just got back from a one night stay, and honestly this feels more like a five star place than a four. The restaurant food was really good, especially the rib eye steak. There’s also a nice bar area, with a friendly bartender who had a great sense of humour. Staff around the hotel were lovely, and breakfast had something for all tastes. It’s a large hotel built in the xpo centre, about a 10 minute transfer from the airport. I’ll come back at some point.

I was left waiting more than six hours in total over two days at a bus shelter, and got stranded twice. The hotel said it would cover my Ubers, but now refuses to pay. It’s in an inaccessible, dangerous spot near the motorway, and taxis are so expensive that they could cost more than your stay. The free shuttle provider they used before is no longer in use, a change made in December. The service they use now is unreliable and ignores the hotel’s instructions. Other guests had the same problem, and management said they knew about it. I noticed every other hotel in Arland had reliable shuttles while I was waiting. Don’t trust the good shuttle reviews, and stay elsewhere if you don’t want your trip ruined. Not recommended.

We stayed for three nights. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, so it was good for sleeping. The building is new, as renovated, and there’s parking inside.

Great value, and the breakfast was great too. Everything was very clean. We managed to fall asleep despite the noise between rooms, but that’s a real drawback in a hotel where people arrive and leave at all hours. I also had just one pillow, and it was almost impossible to sleep with.

A good fit for airport stays or events, with nice rooms, good food, and a gym. Breakfast was a little boring, but it’s served very early, which is handy.
