SOEDER Countryhouse & Kitchen

The food was amazing, and the rooms were large and modern. My wife and I booked two nights after I found the place through a great media review and then read the glowing reviews. The hosts were lovely, and with just four rooms and a kitchen, the small hotel felt personal. Service was excellent. It's a great place to unwind and explore Bjärehalvön. We had a fantastic stay and will return. Thanks for the hospitality.

Dinner felt like an evening with good friends, with conversations rising around the shared table. The menu was fantastic and thoughtfully put together, and the wine selection suited it well, though there was also a long list of wines and drinks to choose from. Marianne and Michael have put so much of themselves into this retreat, creating a welcoming, peaceful, enjoyable home feeling. The location is amazing, and the simple approach to locally produced ingredients doesn't come at the cost of quality. Staying here is a treat you should give yourself. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED for all that and more ❤️

The eight of us sat together at one dinner table, which made for a lovely mix of intimacy and good company. The food and wine were fantastic. We were completely blown away by the place and the hosts, too. Those of us lucky enough to have been here can hardly keep a place this good secret, so we're reluctantly sharing it with everyone.

The room was lovely, the setting beautiful, and breakfast was wonderful. We were welcomed warmly.
