I liked the view over the waterfront and the location, with free parking and a five-minute walk to the center, where all the few restaurants are. The bed was comfortable, the lobby really nice, breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were pleasant. A perfect stay.

The lake location is very convenient, and the staff are friendly. The restaurant and reception have been renovated really well, and breakfast is tasty and plentiful, though there's only filter coffee. The building itself is an old one from around the 1970s, renovated. During hot weather, Scandic locks the big second-floor windows for “security reasons,” so they don't respond well to high temperatures. They also want to charge for parking even though it's completely free in the surrounding area.

The lake view is fantastic, and breakfast is good. The room was clean, and reception was really kind. Best hotel in bollnas.

It seemed like a popular family holiday Scandic by a lake, but since it was out of season it was very quiet. Clean, peaceful, and friendly service. The lack of bacon at breakfast was a big minus.

The rooms were clean, but you have to request more frequent cleaning. The food was pretty good for the first few days, then the unchanged breakfast got repetitive. One afternoon I went for a beer, and after the first one the waitress ignored my empty glass for 25 minutes, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. I left.
